Yoga Pages Warm Ups

We’ve created 3 types of warm-up routines for you to practice anytime before your yoga practice or on its own!

Although it’s not mandatory to use one of these warm-ups before practicing a routine, we recommend adding a quick warm-up if you’ve been sedentary for most of the day.

The three warm-ups are:

Seated Warm-Up: This is a completely seated routine- great for a gentle warm-up or if standing for long periods feels challenging.

Standing Warm Up: This is an all-standing warm up- great for waking up the mind and body if you find it difficult to transition between sitting and standing.

Dynamic Warm-Up: This routine focuses on improving mobility- This is an excellent practice if you plan on going into deeper poses or want to try something different!
