Introduction

Hello and welcome!! First of all, we just wanted to say THANK YOU for joining our program- we are so happy to be able to guide you along your journey to achieving the goals you desire and improve your life for the better.

We are here for you and cannot WAIT for you to get started!

Modules

We’ve broken this course down into 8 modules- one module will be released each week and acts as a building block off of the last for you to fully learn and integrate new concepts through your practice and into your daily life.

The 8 modules are:

Module 1: Building Your Base
Module 2: Establishing Stability
Module 3: Opening Up
Module 4: Grounding Down
Module 5: Finding Your Center
Module 6: Creating Space
Module 7: Finding Your Edge
Module 8: Putting It All Together

Each week you will be given three practices:

Vagus Nerve Practice
Mental Practice
Physical Practice

Don’t Rush

If you fall behind at any time during the program, don’t worry- just pick up where you left off. What we want to make sure of is that you fully go through each module before moving on to the next because each acts as a building block on the previous.

Don’t Skip Modules

Each module is designed as a building block off of the last. If you skip a module, you will miss key concepts that you need to understand to integrate the next concept physically and mentally fully.

Utilize the Yoga Pose Library

Don’t forget you have access to over 50+ video yoga tutorials with full explanations of how to modify and use props in each pose. If you ever get confused about how to modify a pose for your body during a yoga practice, make sure to reference the library.
